Initial Consultation HOme-$250 Office-$195
Having trouble getting baby to latch? Pain with feeding? Concerned about your milk supply? Worried about tongue or lip ties? Let's work together. A consult typically lasts an hour, sometimes slightly longer. The consult will take place in your home or my office within East Nashville Pediatrics. We will discuss relevant health history for parent and baby. I will observe what a typical nursing or feeding session looks like for you. We will also check baby's weight pre and post feed. We will discuss your goals for feeding and develop a written plan that I will leave with you. A report about our visit will be provided to relevant health care providers. Payment is due at the time of service for self pay clients. Travel fee may apply, not payable by insurance. A superbill can be provided for you to submit to insurance. Follow up Home-$195 Office-$165
Sometimes issues are complex and multiple visits are needed. Sometimes parents just would like a follow up for reassurance. In a follow up visit we will look at any ongoing challenges, monitor progress and answer any new questions you might have.
Prenatal Consultation Home $200 Office $175
Prepare for the arrival of your little one with a prenatal consult. During this visit we can go over the basics of lactation, your relevant health history or other special circumstances that might impact lactation and discuss strategies to get breastfeeding off to a good start. Clients that have established care prenatally will receive priority scheduling for visits after baby arrives. Virtual prenatal appointment fee - $165.
Virtual Visit $165
This is for up to one hour of support in a secure telehealth platform where we can discuss how breastfeeding is going and come up with a care plan based off your needs. This is a great way to troubleshoot issues that are less complex.
